restless

earth is now. heaven is forever.

we won't be here long. I'm thankful for the beautiful now that we have though. friends that hold hands to pray, family that drives 8 hours to navigate the muddy trails with you, and a team that brings your heart so much joy just for being who they are. I am blessed beyond belief.

only our God can connect people so beautifully in the most unexpected places. who would've thought I'd be in this moment with these people?? I never could have imagined it - but our creator did. we are unable to comprehend how wide and deep and vast the Father's love for us is. but the mystery is what makes it so beautiful.

even when my soul is restless, I know that God is moving. he is assuring my heart of his power and glory in ways I probably would not have noticed before. he has fixed my eyes on the heights. the heights that bring about a purpose nowhere near the mundane.

life is an adventure with the creator of the universe. I cannot even begin to imagine what eternity will be like. being in the presence of God, surrounded by believers who want to praise him with their lives for eternity. Ecclesiastes 3:11 says, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end." his timing is perfect. his ways are good. and his creation is beautiful.

his kingdom's comin'

and he's using us...to bring his grace to this place. he's living in us. setting us free. captivating our hearts. now, go. tell your story. before it's too late...

"Holy Spirit" by Francesca Battistelli:

"Holy Spirit, You are welcome here Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for To be overcome by Your presence, Lord Your presence, Lord

There's nothing worth more That could ever come close No thing can compare You're our living hope Your presence, Lord I've tasted and seen Of the sweetest of loves Where my heart becomes free And my shame is undone Your presence, Lord

Let us become more aware of Your presence Let us experience the glory of Your goodness"
